NASM Certified Personal Trainer and former college soccer player
Juniors (ages 4 - 8) will engage in fun fitness activities that will include playing team handball, soccer, flag football, track & field, ball bonanza, balancing act, long jump, fancy footwork, agility ladders, and more!!!
Youth (ages 9 - 18) will engage in fun fitness activities that will challenge aerobic and core development by playing games and challenges that will make them total athletes!!!
These energetic sessions will provide youth athletes the opportunity to experience proper strength and conditioning exercises through games and challenges. Done in a fun environment.
one session = $20
six sessions = $75
16 sessions = $150
32 sessions = $300
*Athletes can pay in Advance and Save $$$
*Athletes will also be given 'Punch Cards' to keep track of sessions attended
Total Athlete Development
SK Running Club believes in training athletes. SK Running Club is meant to serve the needs of the advancing, competitive player who wants to participate at their highest possible level and we know that multi-sport athletes are the best players!
All of our adjoining divisions in Sidekick Sports Academy aim to create the complete athlete so that when the time for sport-specific specialization takes place (usually in high school), players are more diverse and dynamic than their peers.
